With an ever increasing family and no room in our own home for everyone at the same time, we recently bought No7 Canmore Road – a three minute walk away – as an overspill.
The family are not always here and so we have decided to let it out to those wanting a little extra, without the huge cost of an hotel bill.
With all of the advantages of a new build property, the house benefits from being well insulated and quiet. It has its own enclosed garden which overlooks trees and Morrone hill sitting above Braemar.
No7 has been lovingly and carefully redecorated and is now a comfortable place to stay. We want you to feel completely at home, relaxing in the style and comfort of a boutique hotel but with privacy.
Having managed Invercauld Estate for over twenty years, Simon now runs Yellow Welly Tours. He knows the area intimately, as well as all the good stories! Feel free to ask him for advice or even book a tour – you wont be disappointed but he does get booked up so enquire early.
Both of us care passionately about our community and work with other local businesses and projects to help long-term sustainability in this remote but beautiful part of the world.

Bedrooms
Three elegantly decorated and comfortable bedrooms with hand-picked designer furnishings and bespoke finishing touches designed to ensure you are sleeping in 5-star luxury.
The two rooms with king size beds fully upholstered by the Headboard Workshop, have duck feather and down pillows and duvets, 500-thread linen for ultimate warmth and softness and of course a mattress topper.
The colourful bunkbed room with accompanying resident teddies, well placed lighting, luxury linen and a blackout blind will ensure that everyone gets a good night’s sleep.

Unwind in comfort with family and friends in front of the wood burning fire.
The spacious open plan layout enables everyone to be together during their stay.
Step outside and enjoy the majestic beauty that surrounds you from the private garden that has a social and relaxing spot at the bottom of the garden.
As a family we appreciate the little touches when we stay somewhere and too often little people and families are not really catered for. We have put some items into place to ensure that you can still relax and plan your time even with the most adventurous toddler around.
With a few extra items to make the adults feel pampered as well.
